EHoops is dedicated to helping basketball players to transform into the most valuable athlete that they can become. Athletes will be pushed to compete at their highest level. The focus is not just on an athlete's court skills, but also on their psychological approach to the game and development of a strong athletic foundation. Athletes will know their strengths and weaknesses, understand team concept, be provided customized performance training, and most importantly build humble confidence through work ethic. EHoops will  guide athletes to THINK, MOVE and EXECUTE the game with confidence!

Work Hard In Silence, Let Success Make The Noise

After graduating from the University of Texas, Earnesia Williams played professional basketball abroad for seven years. She has competed in Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Ecuador, Romania, France, China, Sweden, and Australia. She has learned from some of the best coaches in Europe and USA. She has also played against and along side some of the best American and international players in the world. Coach Earnie has competed at every high level there is as a young athlete to a professional athlete. She was Oklahoma's High school player of the year, Gatorade player of the year, a McDonald's All American (Top 24 in the country), and a 18 under USA team finalist. She was also a 4 year starter and All-State finalist for both volleyball and basketball in High School.

Even though she had a successful career, she struggled with injuries. Her passion is to keep athletes healthy on the court or field. To give athletes the opportunities and coaching that she did not have growing up and to give them the support they need to chase their athletic dreams.

Coach Earnie has been training youth athletes for the past 8 years. She has worked many camps in the state of Texas, out of state, and internationally. She has been a skill coach for Austin Wildcats basketball program, a team coach for Team Xpress and Texas Elite girls AAU team, and camp counselor for University of Texas girls basketball camps. She loves speaking to youth organizations and teams about confidence, self-awareness, crushing fear, and how to attack their goals and dreams!

She also is an injury recovery specialist. Coach Earnie uses electrical technology to find the origins of injury and to speed up recovery time. Earnie’s goals are to build athletes' fundamental basketball skills, prevent pain and injuries, and most importantly build their mental confidence to trust their abilities. She is excited and well equipped to give her players the tools they need to compete at their full potential.
